The Surestrike SS40 series impact hammer is a mid sized work horse, packing an impressive 40,000 foot pounds of striking force. Designed to be installed on a 70,000 pound class excavator stick mounted (boom mount and loader mount recommendations on request).

With fewer moving parts for ease of maintenance in the field making servicing the breaker less expensive and easy to accomplish. Providing lower operating costs for better economic returns.
Operational
The SS40 is ideal for concrete, limestone and medium duty hard rock aggregate projects. With a simple bi-directional low cost hydraulic operation the operator retains full control of the striking force and utilization of the breaker.

Providing long life and low cost operation with one of the largest striker pins in the industry. Full frame stress relieving allows for more reliable weld and steel structure reliability. Heavy duty “pin style” adaptor bracket for a stronger frame connection. Heavy duty urethane buffers around the base impact area as well as internally proving for increased protection.
