The Surestrike SS150 series impact hammer is largest in the SS Series, with a mind-blowing 150,000 foot pounds of striking force. The SS150 is one of the hardest hitting hammers used in large quarries, mines and industrial steel mills today. Designed to be installed on a 175,000 pound class excavator stick mounted (boom mount and loader mount recommendations on request).

Operational
The SS150 is ideal for any large-scale heavy-duty aggregate, mining or steel processing application. Designed to handle material that other conventional hydraulic hammers can’t deal with the SS150 is widely used in place of drop-balls in heavy steel. The SS150 is also proven effective in in-ground breaking designed to replace shooting and blasting. With a simple bi-directional low cost hydraulic operation the operator retains full control of the striking force and utilization of the breaker.

The versatility of the Surestrike hammer allows the operator the confidence that as their front end processing needs change their attachment has the ability to adapt to those changes (in the same class of material).
Durable
Providing long life and low cost operation with one of the largest striker pins in the industry. Full frame stress relieving allows for more reliable weld and steel structure reliability. Heavy duty “pin style” adaptor bracket for a stronger frame connection. Heavy duty urethane buffers around the base impact area as well as internally proving for increased protection.
